I'm from Rolla and came to Jefferson City on a work trip. My team and I ate here THREE timesa while we were up! I was impressed each time and was overall very happy with both the service and the food. Meeting the Chef was awesome! He is a great guy!
I'm from Ohio, and I came to Jefferson, Missouri for a small vacation. I was looking around the map curious of what there was around here, and I saw this place. I tried it this morning, and it's really good. I had the Mexican Stuffed Sweet Potato, Chocolate Protein Truffles, and Flour less Protein Brownies. The prices are fair, and they were pretty good. High in protein too. I'd love to learn how to make these at home. I've been on a weightloss journey as well, so this is a perfect place to go that's not fast food.
Our new Saturday breakfast spot! I chose 5 stars because I couldn’t give them 10 stars. Went there for breakfast with my wife she chose the stuffed French toast and I chose the cowboy breakfast burrito amazing food best breakfast burrito I have had!! Can’t wait to see what is on the menu next weekend. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
So I heard of this place via another place. Seeing they had gluten-free options i was excited to try. I found out they also cater to other food sensitivities. So I got a couple prepackaged meals and a carrot cake. I tried the shepherds pie, fabulous. And the carrot cake is better than any other one I've had, and this was gluten-free and dairy free. I'm glad I decided to check it out
These meals are delicious! So much flavor! My favorites are the Buddha Bowl and the Honey Chipotle Chicken. And all the soups! Eat Smart Meals is doing an incredible service by offering healthy to-go meals, especially to people with dietary restrictions!
I was looking for a healthy high protein place to eat while in the area. I found Eat Smart and stopped in. Not only do they have a clean, friendly, well laid out space, they even have an area where you can heat up your meal and eat while you’re there. The meals were delicious, healthy and plenty of choices. Very excited to know this place exists.
